Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return for refund, 30-day exchange policy on all web orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective or if there was an error processing your order. Items may also be returned or exchanged at any Spareparts location. Spareparts will provide you with a return and exchange form along with your receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. To receive an RA number, please contact our customer service representative at 1-877-795-1666 or by email at: customerservice@sparepartslife.com, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m, and 4:00 p.m. CST. We cannot accept returned products without an RA number. Products must be unused and with original packaging. Returns will be processed after weʼve inspected items and declare they are in original condition. No refunds will be made on clearance items.
